Are your parents always telling you to mow the lawn? My friend's brother had $25 bucks and went to a thrift store and bought a used lawn mower. He went around and started mowing people's yard. After about 4 or 5 months he had enough to buy his own car! Now the reason I told you that is because your parents will probably shell out $20 bucks for you to buy a lawn mower to start up your business. Here's what you’re going to do.

Step 1:

Like the dog walk biz, make a bunch of flyers. Go through your neighborhood and offer to cut grass for $10 to $20 a lawn depending on the size and time it will take to mow it. To get the most out of it tell them why you’re doing this. IF your intentions are good enough they will go with a higher price.

Step 2:

If that’s going good then add additional services like weed pulling or edging yards. Get creative with it.
